The BIA Baldy View Chapter is revamping their Emerging Leaders Group to help encourage more young professionals to get engaged in the Baldy View Chapter. The goal in 2021 is to grow the Emerging Leaders through both virtual and in person events throughout the year. The second virtual event will be in partnership with the OC Chapter NextGen Group, for a Morning Buzz featuring BIAOC and BIASC Executive Board Member, Alan Boudreau of Boudreau Pipeline.
