The Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Nurses invites the DDA agency nurses (RN CM/DNs), for a statewide nurses meeting on May 19, 2021 from 10am - 1pm.
Learning Objectives:
- Review regulations in the nursing process related to care planning
- The role of care plans in the DDA community setting
- Creation of successful care plans
- Identification of training for staff to monitor care plans
- Evaluation of care plans
- Strategies to prioritize care plans based on individual’s current health status
- Review of HRST tools to assist in development
For DDA RN CM DNs: This training counts for attendance at one of the two trainings required each fiscal year. If you plan to attend by webinar, you must be online during the training for at least 1 hour, in order to qualify for attendance purposes.
Please note: Although training time is set for 3hours this is to allow for interaction during the presentation with case studies, the time of presentation will depend on responses/questions and may not fully last 3 hours.
