Requested Task Support
We appreciate your willingness to assist Grandma LuLu's Table.We have several tasks that we'll need help with, so we have assigned them to teams for execution. The day before the event, we will send out an email to all volunteers with their team assignment. Please proceed as follows:

Team A – Responsible for setting up distribution tables, crowd control stations and taping off 6ft. markings. This team will also be responsible for breaking down these items at the end of the event.
Team B – Responsible for participant check-in, mask distribution and managing the participant line to maintain 6ft. distance.
Team C – Responsible for handing participants their packaged meal.
Team D – Sanitizing team, continually sweep through the event wiping off visible touch surfaces. The team is also the roaming source of hand sanitizer for the participants. Also serves as event greeters.
COVID-19 Precautions: The maximum number of particpants on the field is 15 people. All Volunteers are required to wear PPE during the entire event. The PPE that will be issued consists of masks and gloves.
To participate as a Grandma LuLu’s Table Volunteer, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that the risk of serious injury including, but not limited to, permanent paralysis, injury, and death, is significant and does exist, even though particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce the risk. Accordingly, I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligent or intentional acts of the Grandma LuLu’s Table, its officers, agents, employees and/or volunteers and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I will remove a hazard, if possible, or discontinue my participation and/or bring such hazard to the attention of the nearest official immediately. I, for myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Grandma LuLu’s Table, its officers, agents, employees, and/or volunteers, of claims and/or liability of any kind arising from the participation as a Grandma LuLu's Table Volunteer.
I understand that I must be in good health prior to participating in the activity. I understand that serious accidents occasionally occur to participants during such an activity, transportation to or from such an activity, and during activities incidental to such an activity. Knowing these risks, I expressly assume those risks and agree that under no circumstances will I or any of my heirs or successors present any claim or action against Grandma LuLu’s Table.
I permit the taking of photographs of myself and/or my minor children by Grandma LuLu’s Table during the activity to be used in publications, social media and/or on the website.
I have read this release; waiver of liability and assumption of risk provision and I fully understand its terms and significance. By proceeding with this registration to perform the role as a Grandma LuLu's Table Volunteer, I agree, accept, and understand this provision and acknowledge that I have given up substantial rights.
