Making the Financial Case for Technology Adoption with Glenn E. Pearson, FACHE

This session exposes the most common financial projection mistakes vendors and people within healthcare organizations trying to gain approval make as they prepare their case for technology adoption. Both groups must navigate the complex internal approval process filled with dangerous pitfalls, any number of which can sink a project. Beyond explaining what not to do, this session also offers solid advice for developing credible and compelling ROI numbers.
