Self Defense

Teach, Train and empower with the necessary skills to recognize and avoid danger and threats. 

 This 6-hour course taught by Ken Beach, one of the owners of NEA Serak Self-Defense is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance.

Techniques and maneuvers will be demonstrated by the students of NEA Serak Self –Defense.  Participants of this course are encouraged to participate in these techniques but will not be required. 

 Please wear comfortable family appropriate attire as those of all ages are allowed to attend.
