Maryland Medicaid’s Electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP), is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENROLL IN ePREP WITHOUT FIRST ATTENDING A TRAINING SESSION. YOU MUST BE A CERTIFIED DDA AGENCY TO ATTEND.

To assist you in enrolling properly and avoiding errors, DDA has created training sessions to complete your initial enrollment in ePREP. Incorrectly set up accounts will significantly delay processing time and your payments from Medicaid could be affected, so we highly recommend you attend a session to complete your initial enrollment.

Upon registration, you will receive further details about necessary materials to bring to the training session. Please bring the following with you to the training:

  1. Laptop computer that can either connect to an ethernet cord, or your own personal hotspot (there is no wifi available in the building)

  2. Organizational documents (DDA approval letter, EIN letter, 501(c), articles of incorporation, “doing business as” documentation) saved to your laptop or thumb drive

  3. Name, contact information, and social security numbers for owners and governing board members saved to your laptop or thumb drive

  4. Any applicable license documents (OHCQ license, OHCQ site list, site licenses, DDA letter for Community Settings Rule compliance, signed OCHDS application) saved to your laptop or thumb drive

Please note: This training is for providers that have already been approved by the DDA. The DDA training calendar will continually be updated with additional training sessions and will reflect when registration is full for each session.  Please check back for sessions that work with your schedule and location by clicking HERE.
