In the last session of our "All About You" webinar series, we will complete last week's understanding of the power of language. Attendees will be introduced to the power of language to shape lives. The material will assist individuals and groups in understanding how to identify observation or evaluation. This course will assist the learner in developing request and directional language for effective and productive communication of needs, desires and wants. Lastly, the material will address painful situations and their positive resolution.
