Develop Differently
A New Model for Senior Living
Whether you’re new to the senior living industry or you just broke ground on your 30th senior living community, there are always new trends and obstacles to watch for in this market. How important is site selection? How do you underwrite a senior living development? How do you structure a senior living development deal with lenders and investors? If you aren’t an operator, when is it best to find one and incorporate them into the process? In this virtual program, PMB will share everything that goes into their distinct approach to senior living. We’ll hear about their strategic collaborations and partnerships that allow them to innovate creative solutions and add value to a resident’s experience. We’ll learn which Covid-related responses, trends, and protocols are here to stay in 2021 and beyond. PMB will open up their playbook to share the process that takes a project from an idea to a hospitality home setting with truly integrated healthcare and wellness woven into the fabric of the community.
