Please fill out a Liability Waiver before coming to volunteer Saturday morning. The Group Waiver may be used by participants working as part of a group.  All volunteers under 18 years of age and individual adults should use the  Teen/Adult Individual Waiver.  Teen waiver MUST be signed by a parent or guardian.  

PLEASE NOTE: All City of Plano employees and volunteers are required to wear face masks/cloth coverings whenever interacting with others in work spaces (i.e. city facilities, vehicles and outdoor spaces) where they are unable to maintain a minimum of 6-foot social distance. 

*NOTE: Only ONE registration per group is needed. Group leaders are responsible for completing a registration form for their volunteers. Individual volunteers are welcome to register.
