Designer Bath Secrets

Satisfying the Appetite for a Luxury Lifestyle

Luxury.  It is a word that is frequently used in our design vocabulary.  Just a few years ago, it meant something considered exceptional, but is now becoming the rule, especially in bathroom design.

No matter what one’s budget may be, everyone desires a sense of indulgence at home – notably in our post-covid lives.  Since a wider audience now desires a luxurious experience, what are ways designers responding to meet demand?

Christopher Grubb shops and works in the most famous zip codes in the United States on projects with enviable budgets, but also has clients that are drawn to his luxurious work and would like the luxury experience with a more modest budget.

Christopher will discuss what are demands he experiences, what he sees in his market and nationwide as requests and ways to sell luxury.   Sharing projects by his firm, both big and small, he will showcase what materials, finishes, fixtures, and other accouterments used to satisfy a sense of luxury with the goal of ideas you can use consider in your work and designs.

Attendees Will:

* Gain insight what materials are most requested for today’s fixtures, hardware, counter tops, flooring, hardware, and cabinetry and their finishes that are resonating the most with today’s luxury-craving consumer.

* Know which details and products to incorporate into a luxury design that some may say are trending but are in fact becoming a norm.

* Explore creative ideas to make a “wow” statement in an exquisite design by mixing materials in an interesting way or giving the client a one-of-a-kind experience.

* Learn how to address a luxury “budget”.

* Come away with the techniques to sell luxury design and products.
