Course Description:  The course will explain financing options available today: NH Housing Home Buyer Programs, Theory of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Closing Disclosures, Underwriting and Government loan programs.

There is a bit of everything in this course as it relates to a purchase that has financing.  Learn about down payment assistance, grant programs, and home buyer tax credits for buyers.  This leg of the course is geared to help realtors feel more confident when making an offer for buyers using these awesome programs or even make yourself shine with your buyer by suggesting they look into these programs as part of their purchase.  The second leg of the course is a high level overview of TRID, why we have it and how we manage it to get to the closing table on time.  The final leg is a deeper dive into government loan programs, FHA, VA and RD with some tips on things to look for to ensure success.
