The Northwest Branch and the Wisconsin Section invite you to attend the 2021 ASCE Wisconsin Section Virtual Annual Meeting on Friday, September 24, 2021. This day-long conference will be presented virtually.
The Annual Meeting Planning Committee is pleased to announce the three Keynote Speakers planned for this event. First, we would like to introduce Marty Janowitz ACC, MES, ENV SP. Mr. Janowitz's presentation, titled "Design Infrastructure for an Unpredictable Future," will discuss some of the most vexing public works challenges facing civil engineers and their professional collaborators in the next 20 years. These challenges will require different, counter intuitive skill sets and approaches. Marty’s keynote will focus on the idea of having an adaptive mindset through all phases of the planned and constructed work and will outline some key strategies that can be applied successfully to your job tomorrow.
Breakout session options will offer a range of discipline options, including Environmental & Water Resources, Construction, Structures, Transportation, Geotechnical, and Leadership & Management. Breakout sessions will be announced once confirmed. Up to six PDH's will be available from this program.
Please contact Dan Borchardt, P.E., Conference Planning Committee Chair, with questions. For sponsorship opportunities, please see our Sponsorship Page.
We hope to see you at the Conference!
Sincerely,
The 2021 ASCE Wisconsin Section
