Scope: This presentation will cover Environmental Considerations in Land Development/Redevelopment and learning the laws and regulations required for environmental compliance and the types of environmental site assessments for land development actions and timelines for project planning.

1. Become familiar with the overarching Laws and Regulations regarding environmental compliance for Land Development actions.

2. Address the different types of environmental assessments needed for Land Development actions.

3. Discuss standard timeliness for completing environmental assessments for Land Development project planning purposes.

4. Learn ways to ensure efficiency and economy in performing environmental assessments required for land Development actions.
