Community Inclusion 101
This 2-hour training will provide the basic understanding around CI services and take a deeper dive into the needs of providing services during COVID 19 and pathways back into a community setting. Focus will be on building and strengthening relationships with local community members, who are not paid employees. Learn how to create opportunities for participants to engage in community- based activities that support socialization, education, integration, recreation and personal development. Josie will also be tapping into basic understanding around Community Inclusion services goal writing and quality indicators associated with the services plans in the Developmental Disabilities system. |
