2021 Quest For The Chamber Chalice Golf Tournament Sign-Up Form 

Join us for the Annual Quest For The Chamber Chalice Golf Tournament at the beautiful Haystack Golf Club! Greens fees & box lunch included!  BBQ reception following the tournament; $25 per attendee for dinner & 3 raffle tickets to win some great prizes!  On course contests offer a chance to win more great prizes! Build a foursome or participate as an individual, this event is open to Chamber members and non-members alike, (individual registrants will be paired up).
