The PVA Rivers Region Meeting presents an outstanding opportunity for PVA members to gather to exchange information and discuss trends and issues affecting their operations and the passenger vessel industry at-large.  It is also a great place to re-visit friendships and build new ones within your region and beyond.

Emphasis will be placed on holding Open Discussions and Roundtable Sessions to promote ideas and information exchange. 

COVID Guidelines for PVA Region Meetings

The safety of our region meeting attendees and staff is of the utmost importance!  PVA will follow all federal, state, and local guidelines set for in-person gatherings as well as recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for all region meetings.

In-person attendees can anticipate:

• PVA will provide PVA masks for all attendees on-site and strongly encourages members to wear masks indoors as required by the federal government mask mandate for all transportation conveyances. 
• PVA will promote social distancing in all meeting spaces. 
  

PVA will follow all local guidelines and mandates for each region based upon corresponding state mandates in place at the time of the event.  As we approach the region meetings, PVA will update attendees with changes to local mandates as they occur.
