MSO 2021 Annual Session - Milwaukee 

Please join us at the 2021 MSO Annual Session to be held Oct 1-2 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Milwaukee! 

All registrations include: 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 coffee breaks and 1 reception drink ticket, snack.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:  A full refund will be issued for cancellations received through September 1, 2021. A refund of 50% will be issued for cancellations received through September 15, 2021. No refunds after September 15, 2021. If MSO is unable to hold this meeting in-person, all paid registrants will receive a refund within 60 business days.
