Join us for the 10th Annual Uncork the Uplands, the signature event of the Indiana Uplands Wine Trail, and presented this year in partnership with Indiana Grown. For one night only on Saturday, August 7th, 2021, wine lovers can enjoy a taste of all nine southcentral Indiana Upland Wine Trail wineries, paired with an exquisite farm to table dinner featuring Indiana’s premier food artisans and farmers. Set at Huber’s historic farm in Starlight, Indiana, guests will have the opportunity to explore the Indiana Uplands’ unique terroir firsthand, learn the art of winemaking from award-winning producers and wander amongst the very vines where the area’s finest wines are grown. Taste modern and classic varietals, and find new favorites at this true showcase of the best of Southern Indiana.

Tickets for the main event are available at an early bird price before July 1st of only $80 per person, plus tax ($100 after July 1st). Pricing includes a cocktail hour wine tasting followed by a multi-course dinner highlighting Indiana Grown farmers, all artfully paired with wines from the Indiana Uplands Wine Trail wineries. An all vegetarian option is also available.
This year, Uncork will feature add-on tickets for an exclusive VIP event that will take place in Huber’s Starlight Distillery’s 20,000 square-foot stillhouse, an hour before the main event at 4:30p.m. VIP tickets are $20 each, plus tax, and include special cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a keepsake glass and personal interaction with the winemakers from around the trail. About – Indiana Uplands Wine Trail
The Indiana Uplands Wine Trail is located within the Indiana Uplands American Viticultural Area, a federally recognized grape-growing region established in 2013. The trail wineries include Best Vineyards Winery of Elizabeth; Brown County Winery of Nashville; Butler Winery of Bloomington; French Lick Winery of West Baden Springs; Huber’s Orchard, Winery and Vineyards of Starlight; Oliver Winery of Bloomington; Owen Valley Winery of Spencer, Turtle Run Winery of Corydon and Winzerwald Winery of Bristow.
About – Huber’s Orchard, Winery & Vineyards
Settled in 1843 by Simon Huber, the Huber’s Farm has grown from 50 to over 600 acres, with agriculture and wine-making at the heart of it all. As one of the highest points of elevation in Indiana, Huber’s fields produce an abundance of fruits perfect for wine and spirits making. Huber’s award-winning products are made from their own strawberries, peaches, blueberries, blackberries and over 18 varieties of grapes - just to name a few. As Indiana’s largest wine-grape producer, Huber’s vineyards will produce nearly 400,000 pounds of grapes per year under normal weather conditions. In addition, the Farm is home to Huber’s Starlight Distillery which opened in 2001 and holds the distinction of being Indiana’s first distillery. Visitors can enjoy a range of their premier spirits including Brandy, Vodka, Rum, Whiskey, Rye, and Bourbon.
