TRANSITION RESOURCE FAIR

Panel Discussion: 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Resource Fair: 6:00-7:30 p.m.
The Transition Resource Fair focuses on future options for high school students as they prepare for their next steps once out of school. A panel of presenters from the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) will share their individual expertise about transition and adult services.
The event also provides an opportunity to meet Exhibitors from local, inspirational transition and adult support service providers to hear about their current options and support resources.
The Fair is a free resource event open to the entire community.
PANEL DISCUSSION, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: The Panel Discussion will highlight service options available to young adults during and after the transition years of 14-22. Representatives from DDS and MRC will speak during the panel discussion.
EXHIBITOR RESOURCE FAIR, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.: Exhibitors will be available in Breakout Rooms to discuss topics related to the transition process for students 14-22. Attendees will be able to easily transfer from one Breakout Room to another.
Exhibitor Breakout Rooms will be open to attendees starting at 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitors Breakout Room discussions will NOT be recorded.
