It’s time to reconnect, to come together in ways that help us heal from the challenges of the past eighteen months and faciliate, as well as celebrate, our return to full life. One great way to do this is 5Rhythms movement practice which engages the deep wisdom of the body to let in, let out, let go, and open to the connections that nourish us.

There is a deep joy and soul-satisfaction to connecting, regardless whether it is with other people, ourselves, or the world around us. Connecting enriches our experience of life and dispels the illusion of separation. It bridges the gaps and heals the heart. No, connecting is not always easy nor comfortable, especially after a year of isolation. But it is so incredibly worthwhile. The dance enables and empowers us to reconnect, to move with, through, and beyond our fears and doubts so that we can inhabit, once again, those places of lightness and ease.

5Rhythms is a process that honors where we’ve been, makes space for where we are, and flings the doors wide open to a future we create together. We engage all this wonder through the simple yet profound act of putting our bodies into motion and releasing into the rhythms, melodies, and elemental drumbeat of our hearts.

So please join us for a weekend of community, connection, and communion. With the 5Rhythms as our guide, and our feet, hands, and hearts as our teachers, we will gently explore connecting and reconnecting with ourselves, each other, and the wider field. This 5Rhythms workshop is open to all- no prior experience needed

Visiting Olympia
If you are joining us from out-of town, Welcome! To start, we suggest you make your travel plans as soon as possible. If you are flying in, you will want to arrive at Seattle International Aiport (SEA). Olympia is about an hour drive south from there. There are many wonderful lodging choices in Olympia. Click Here to go directly to the Accomodations Page of the OlyWaves website. Many of the lodgings listed, as well as many fine restaurants, are within walking distance of the Fusion. Another lodging option, that is available on a first-come basis, is to stay with a local host-dancer. We do ask guests to share some monetary love with their local hosts as a way of saying thanks. For more info and to request a home-stay contact Ronny Temple. Please note that we will do our best but we do not guarantee that we can find you a home-stay.
