Forum Information
Participation in the forum is free but registration is required.
Each participant will require their own registration.
Anyone who cares about or is interested in digital equity in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties.
Where
This is an online event.Digital equity is the ideal in which all people and communities have equal access to digital equipment and access to the internet via broadband or Wi-Fi—as well as digital proficiency. Digital equity ensures that all people have the opportunity and capacity to participate fully in our society, economy, and democracy.
This forum will include a presentation of the Alliance's 2021 findings about digital equity in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties and will provide opportunities for participants to engage with each other regarding current and future efforts to advance the issue for the betterment of our communities.
We welcome you to download the 2021 assessment report, The Digital Divide and Challenges to Digital Equity, in order to participate more fully in the forum.
The forum will be recorded for future access by those who were unable to attend. It is anticipated that only presenters will be recorded.
