Creating Technology Training for Library Users - Webinar (09/17/21)

Developing training for our users on technology is an essential service of libraries. Library users are expecting more services delivered to them in the pandemic age. During this interactive session, we will explore:

  • How to develop topics that reflect the interest and needs of users
  • Best practices for developing class content for live, online, and hybrid training
  • Interactive tools to help users learn more effectively.
