Eleventh Hour Rescue's 2021 Ice Cream Social
Vendor/Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration
On Sunday, August 8, we will be celebrating our 2021 Ice Cream Social at Horseshoe Lake in Succasunna, NJ from 11AM-5PM. This is an outdoor, rain or shine event. This is an event which raises money to support the continuing efforts of Eleventh Hour Rescue with locations in Randolph, Rockaway Mall, and Roxbury Mall. It is a day-long outing for families and their dogs featuring vendors, food, tricky tray, activities and more.
The linked Vendor/Exhibitor/Sponsor Agreement provides all of the guidelines for participation. The price for an 8’ x 8’ space is $65.00 and for a 8’ x 16’space is $120.00. If you are a certified nonprofit, we will offer the 8' x 8' at a discounted price - please email Wendy at WendyR@EHRdogs.org to arrange this. You must be able to verify 501c3 status
Please complete the Vendor and Sponsor Registration and submit your electronic payment. Your registration will not be considered complete until the digital signature for the Vendor and Sponsor Agreement is submitted and we receive your electronic payment.

Eleventh Hour Rescue is a no-kill rescue and a 501C3 organization. Our dogs and cats are cared for by our dedicated team of volunteers and staff. Whether in foster homes, our kennel or adoption centers, each dog or cat receives a clean and safe living environment, fresh food and water, medical attention and an abundance of love until they find their forever homes.
Eleventh Hour Rescue relies on the generosity of its volunteers, friends and family, and the community to continue our efforts on behalf of these helpless animals.
