About the Speaker(s):
Glen Drouin – PHRca, Harbor HR
 Glen Drouin had a 13-year career with his family-owned building supply business in Rochester, NY. Glen grew up in Rochester, NY and lived there for 30 years before moving to Boston, Massachusetts. In Boston, he started his career with Paychex in their HR division and spent the next 20 years with Paychex in Massachusetts, Florida and eventually to the heavily labor law regulated California. After 20 years with Paychex, Glen followed his dream of owning his own business and started Harbor HR in June 2019. Glen is an active athlete and still plays ice hockey 2-3 times a week at Skatetown in Roseville. Glen’s extensive knowledge and skillset has assisted numerous businesses throughout his 20-year career in Human Resources, employee and management development, and company culture shaping.
