About the presenter

Anita York is a partner with the law firm of Scott & Whitehead. Her counseling practice includes assisting and advising employers on a broad range of employment-related matters. Presenter Anita is a member and supporter of the California Employer Advisory Council (CEAC). She operates the highly regarded Legal Hotline of the CEAC, which is an HR and employment law related helpline in California. This Hotline service is provided at no cost for members of local Employees Advisory Councils (EAC) only.
