2021 NCMS Legislative Night 

The Northern Colorado Medical Society is proud to present the 2021 NCMS VIRTUAL Legislative Night to bring together northern Colorado legislators and physicians for an evening of dialogue on health care policy and solutions in the advocacy arena. Don't miss your opportunity to take a seat at our virtual table for dialogue with your elected officials! The event is open and free to all northern Colorado legislators, NCMS members and their guests. 

This year's event will have a bit of a different feel, and rather than talking about hot health care topics like we have in the past, we will be analyzing two bills that passed in the 2019 session and discuss their impacts. This will allow us all to take a deeper dive into legislative themes we are still seeing at the capital today and how we can work together to continue to build better health care legislation. The two bills that we will be analyzing are:

• HB19-1174 Physician Out-Of-Network Reimbursement
• HB19-1211 Prior Authorization of Prescription Drugs
