Why is there a registration fee for a virtual conference? 

Your Oregon AAWCC Board is committed to bringing you high quality programming, even in the virtual environment. By charging this small fee, we are able to express our gratituted to our keynote speakers with a small honorarium or gift. 

How do I register myself? 

Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page, and fill out the online the registration form (1 person per registration, using a unique email address).

How do I register someone else? 

Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page to access the online registration form; use the unique email address of the attendee. All emails and receipts will go to the email address used to register (which must be the attendee's unique email address); this includes a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt if you pay online by credit card. If you are paying for someone else and need the receipt, ask them to forward it to you, or request one from Kristina Holton ( 

Can I register a group of people together?

No, you must register only 1 attendee at a time through the online form, using their unique email address. If you are paying by check, you can write 1 check for multiple attendees, but be sure to indicate each attendee the check pays for - this is very important! See below for how to pay by check.

How do I pay?

Click on the "Register Now" link above and the registration form will ask you whether you are paying by credit card or by check. If you indicate PayPal/credit card, it will prompt you to enter your card information via the PayPal platform. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way, you can check out as a guest and still use your credit card. If you select to pay by check, make checks payable to AAWCC Oregon, include a note indicating which attendee(s) the check pays for (this is very important!), and mail both the check and the note of who it pays for to: Lisa Fletcher-Gordon (AAWCC Oregon) Southwestern Oregon Community College, 1988 Newmark Avenue, Coos Bay, OR 97420.

Receipts and Confirmation Emails:

Upon registering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you pay by credit card, you will automatically receive a payment receipt by email. If not, email Kristina Holton ( If you need receipts for people you paid for, email Kristina Holton ( and she'll get them for you.

An email with the Zoom link for the conference will be sent to all registrants along with conference details prior to July 15. 

Refund Policy:

We will offer refunds within 48 HOURS of the timestamp of the registration. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. We welcome you to substitute a different person for a paid registration, but make sure to let Kristina Holton ( know, so she can change the name on the registration and arrange for a nametag for the new attendee. Thanks!

How do I change my payment method?

If you have already registered to pay by check but need to pay by credit card, email Kristina Holton ( and she will work with you on this.

How do I apply for a State Chapter Scholarship?

Why am I getting emails asking me to register, even though I already registered?

You are on our general mailing list and while our software is smart enough to address you by name, it is not smart enough to check it against the current registration list.
