Greenwood Chamber of Commerce Teacher Appreciation Banquet

Thank you for supporting our Greenwood Teachers! Sponsorships are available to all business, organizations, and individuals. The sponsorship fee is $50 per table. Our school systems is growing and we need at least 60 table sponsors. We will gladly send an invoice for your level of sponsorship.

Sponsorship Details

You are responsible for decorating your table for eight place settings with an optional centerpiece that will be used as a door prize (all teachers are eligible). As a sponsor, we encourage you to sit at your table. Please let us know how many of your associates (non-teachers) will be sitting at the table. These place settings need not be decorated.

Decorations should be something that each teacher may take home or use in classroom. (Food, Drink gift cards, and Chocolate are highly valued!)

Dark blue table clothes are provided but, you’re welcome to use your own.

First come first serve for the round tables. No more round tables available.

Decoration times are August 11th, 1-8 pm, and August 12th, 9-11 am. The building will be always secure.

Doors open for teachers at 11:45 am. Please be at your table by 11:35a.m. if you are joining them.

Chamber Members that are sponsors will have their business on the slide show during the entire event!

If you are interested in sponsoring a table but do not have the ability to decorate, contact us early and we should be able to arrange options for you.

We also will gladly accept donations such as gift baskets, miscellaneous items, or cash for door prizes.
