NYSWA has reserved a private Club Suite (Rachel Alexandra Suite) which includes a private betting window, monitors, restrooms, private bar, and an outside observation deck along with access to the entire venue. The perfect vantage point to see all the action!
So, plan to join us in your boldest colors and patterns for an unforgettable day with your wireless colleagues. That means, dress loud, dress proud, but no abbreviated attire (tank tops, shorts) is permitted.
Please familiarize yourself of the COVID 19 Guidelines as stated for New York State here. Full capacity with no vaccination proof required, unvaccinated guests will need to continue to wear masks unless seated while eating or drinking.
PLEASE NOTE - The hotels near the track are filling up quickly so please make your reservations as soon as possible. Nearby hotels can be found via Expedia, Hotels.com and Trip Advisor.

RACE DAY DETAILS - August 13th
Gates Open - 11:00 a.m.
First Race - 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $299 per ticket
Suite Location: 1863 Club Suites - Rachel Alexandra Suite (this is in the newly constructed building)
Registration includes access to the entire venue, club suite for the entire day at the track, full open bar, gourmet food and, of course, great company! Registration is limited so do not delay.
