Strategies for Overcoming Stress, Anxiety and Depression 

If you are having trouble coping with stress or struggling with anxiety and/or depression, this class is for you.  Your ability (or lack thereof) to deal effectively with stress has a huge impact on your health (or lack thereof).  There are a number of factors contributing to how well you deal with stress both emotionally and physically.  Anxiety and depression can be overcome by first identifying what’s going on in the body that is contributing to your body’s inability to bounce back from these emotions on its own and then taking action to correct the problem.   In this informative class, learn valuable strategies to help your body overcome stress, anxiety and depression naturally.

This class will be presented live, in person at Vital Health. It will also be available to view via Zoom. Registration fee (either in person or via Zoom) is $10.
