Stress is a part of everyday life; uncontrolled stress can lead to burnout. Join us for a 30-minute webinar, to learn about stress & burnout from Nan Maley, RN, Director of Corporate Wellness at Sullivan Benefits. She will discuss self-care management strategies and give you tips for managing life's stressors to keep you healthy and your mind calm.

More Information

Uncontrolled stress can lead to burnout and have negative effects on your overall health. We can't eliminate all stress, but we can learn how to recognize the signs of stress overload and boost our ability to handle stressful situations. Developing healthy habits can counteract the negative effects of stress on your heart and have a big impact on your wellness. Unresolved, these conditions pose threats to one's physical and mental health.
