Meadow Wood Farm is a private hunting and clay shooting destination located on 900 acres in Waxhaw, NC.  Enjoy this beautiful, exclusive facility while supporting Carmel Educational Foundation and the students and programs of Carmel Christian School.

8:45 a.m. Safety Briefing 

9:00 a.m. Shot Gun Start

11:30 a.m. Lunch

Noon Registration (Afternoon Flight)

12:45 p.m. Safety Briefing

1:00 p.m. Shot Gun Start

3:30 p.m. Awards

• It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that participants bring their own 12 or 20 gauge shotgun (semi-automatic, double barrel or pump) as there will be a very limited number of guns available on site
• Shells and clays are included in your registration fee
• Tournament play is approximately 2 1/2 hours 
• Trophies will be awarded to 1st & 2nd place Teams, Male & Female Top Gun (High Score)
• *Mulligan Package should be purchased ONLINE during registration. Each participant may purchase one mulligan package (max 4/team). 

REGISTRATION: Individual: $200 / Foursome: $800

*MULLIGANS: $75 - purchase with registration

*Mulligan package includes: 2 "replacement shots"; play at each of the three game stations (only available with mulligan package); increased opportunities to win prizes.
