About this workshop:

Learn how to connect fully with your needs and longings and powerfully move towards them, while at the same time letting go of having to have your needs met, increasing your inner freedom and growing your capacity to live nonviolently.  This session will include a presentation and a demonstration.

AYA CASPI -  is a CNVC Certified Trainer based in Oregon House, CA. She has dedicated herself to applying radical, uncompromising nonviolence in every small detail of life, starting with the ongoing laboratory of her family, including her three children.

Aya has brought her unique blend of vision, practical clarity, utter innocence, and deep commitment to transformation to settings as varied as BayNVC Leadership program, schools, family and business coaching and mediation, couple counseling, and promoting Israeli-Palestinian dialogue. She has been serving as an eduactional consultant to Warner Brothers Media since May 2021, working on a pre-school animation show to help align it with the langugae and consciousness of NVC.

She has been sharing Nonviolent Communication over the past 13 years via online classes, workshops and retreats in the US, Canada, China, India, Israel and more.
