Teaching Economics and Personal Finance Using Children's Literature                    Interactive Lesson Demos -- Free Lesson Plans

This workshop for elementary teachers will utilize popular children's books to teach standards such as trade/barter, opportunity cost, entrepreneurship, saving, history, segregation, character education, income, goods and services, risk and reward, and human resources.

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided. A $100 stipend will be provided to teachers who attend the full day. Attending teachers will also receive a certificate for 7 hours of profesional development and access to lesson plans and digital resourced.
