This SCORE Webinar is Part Four of our 6-part series on Growing Your Business offered jointly by the Ft. Vancouver Regional Libraries. This webinar will cover topics to help you expand and grow your sales… and don’t worry, the ideas we’ll share are as applicable to new businesses as they are to established ones.
We’ll look at the overall Sales Process and how to evaluate it and we’ll have a discussion on Prospecting and Distribution Channels. Development, Management and Evaluation of your Sales Team will also be discussed. We’ll touch on the importance of Sales Benchmarking and provide a list of important resources you may also access.
