We've partnered with Bon Secours, for an 8 week (16 sessions) strength training program designed to strengthen your core, Increase vertical and reduce injuries. All high level athletes incorporate extra workouts outside of court time; Start now by learning "good practices" in the weight room and what works best for you as an athlete.
