DISCOVER THE FEARS THAT CAN HOLD US BACK AND HOW TO EMBRACE THEM

Friday, October 8, 2021  9-10:30 am

Virtural RoundTable Event Via Zoom

Join us around the table for a discussion on discovering the fears that can hold us back and how to embrace them with Dr. Rhonda Smith.

For most of us, fear in all its forms, from slight hesitations to debilitating anxieties is so present it feels normal. If we do not embrace what God has given us, fear will paralyze us from our leadership. As Christian leaders we are targeted from every area of our lives, but we must remember when God has chosen and anointed us to lead, he will equip us and will give us strength and tenacity to succeed.  As Christian business leaders, we must connect, support, and inspire one another.  I will walk you through some of the ways to dispel illogical fear and create a new, healthier, happier normal by exploring your relationship to fear and giving you tools to embrace your fear.  We will start by setting small goals that will help build your confidence.  You will  learn how to  explore and evaluate possible outcomes rationally and develop contingency plans; and practice thinking positively. By moving forward slowly but steadily, you will begin to embrace your fear.

We must choose faith over fear.
