Attention all DDA Agency Administrators,
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) ISAS team invites you to the DDA Provider Portal Billing and Report Training. This is the first training in a new series of quarterly training opportunities around key topics of expressed interest.
This training is designed to help provider agency administrators and billing administrators navigate the Provider Portal reports to assist with daily billing and financial tracking. This training will consist of 3 parts and will utilize examples from Personal Supports billing:
- Payment Related Reports
- Authorization and Exceptions Related Reports
- Q and A session
This training is scheduled for Tuesday, August 17 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. and will be conducted online, in a webinar format.
