Advanced Flower Photography

Have you ever wanted to create beautiful artistic flower photos? Then this workshop is for you. Come and join Mike Matthews Saturday, October the 2nd from 10:00am till 12:00pm for this two hour hands-on workshop. Mike will share some of his tips and techniques on how to take an ordinary flower photo, and turn it into an extraordinary masterpiece using textures and layers. Topics in this workshop include: Photoshop Plugins like Nik, Topaz, and Flaming Pear. You will learn how to apply different layers to your photos to make unbelievable images. In addition, Mike will teach you how to add a flood filter to make your flower look like it is reflecting in a pool of water. Also, you will learn how to add fog to your images, as well as other creative shapes and styles.
Cost of the workshop: $99 limited to 14 participants
*Included in the workshop will be a thumb drive with two floral images, and two backgrounds in a JPG format so that you can apply some of the workflow tips shared during the workshop.
Prerequisite for the workshop:
Must have some basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Must have a laptop that you can bring to class with Photoshop already installed.
Free trial downloads are available for the following plugins for Photoshop. It is suggested that you get at least one of these or all three if possible, as Mike will touch on a variety of techniques.
