Any board of directors - no matter how healthy or high performing - can take a major leap forward by conducting a board self-assessment of its governance function. In this webinar, The Board Doctor will cover the basics of board self-assessment from choosing a tool to conducting the assessment to using the results. We will learn the difference between a whole board self-evaluation and an individual board member self-evaluation and see samples of each. Finally, we will walk through the sections of The Board Doctor's Annual Checkup and hear real-world examples of how boards used the information they gathered in the process to improve the governance of the organization.
