Jason Hutcheson has served the economic development industry for over 15 years in a variety of capacities.  As President/CEO of the Greater Burlington Partnership, he oversaw the efforts of the chamber of commerce, economic development group, tourism bureau, Main Street organization, and the Community Foundation of Des Moines County.  He has served as the President of the Professional Developers of Iowa and the Iowa Chamber Alliance and is considered a thought leader on incentives, land use, and fundraising.  He is the host of Develop This! Podcast which boasts over 350 episodes and is ranked #1 in economic and community development on iTunes.
