Executive Women Roundtable 

The Northeast Florida Chapter of Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) recognizes executive women who have made varied contributions in transportation, leadership, and mentorship of women. During this roundtable event, these select executive women will share stories of their professional journey, challenges that they have faced, and their personal victories.

The panelists include:

Diane Hutchings

Diane is the Clay County Tax Collector and has lived in Clay County for 45 years. She retired from a career as the Managing Director of Investments for First Florida Credit Union in 2020 after 20+ years in the financial services industry.

In addition to her career, Diane was elected and served two terms on the Green Cove Springs City Council   including one year as the Mayor and  eight years on the Clay County Commission. She also served on the North Florida TPO and was chairman two years.

Isabelle Renault

Isabelle Renault is the President/CEO of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce. She relocated to the U.S. in 1999 from France. She  had visited the U.S. several times as an exchange student and loved it. She began her career with the Chamber in 1999 as an Adminstrative Assistant and worked her way up the ladder.

As the leader of the second largest networking organization in Northeast Florida with more than 1,100 members, the Chamber is an advocate and voice for the business community. 

Isabelle has been recognized as a Woman of Influence and as a Top 40 under 40 by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

LeAnna Gutierrez Cumber

LeAnna Cumber is the City of Jacksonville District 5 Councilwoman and CEO of LeAnna Cumber & Associates.

LeAnna's career journey began as a House Manager a at battered women's shelter, to a bilingual elementary school teacher, to a law career in transportation and homeland security in Washington D.C.

Since moving to Jacksonville, LeAnna and her husband, Husein, have been deeply involved in the community. LeAnna is a past president of the San Marco Preservation Society. She served as a mayoral appointee to the Board of the Kids Hope Alliance and served as a board member of the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, Theatre Jacksonville, the Up & Cummers at the Cummer Museum, and co-chaired the 2017 Cummer Ball. LeAnna is a proud member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2017.

Michelle Mecca, P.E. 

Michelle is a Senior Vice President of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a full-service consulting, engineering, and planning firm with more than 5,000 employees nationwide. She has worked for Kimley-Horn for 28 years and was invited to become a Shareholder of the firm in 2002.

Michelle graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Since then, she has contributed to a wide variety of Kimley-Horn projects in Northeast Florida and across the state. 

Jeanette Berk, Senior Planning Manager at Gannett Fleming will be the event moderator.

The event includes a signature Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse lunch with:
  • Warm pão de queijo (cheese bread)
  • Plated mixed green salad
  • Plated Picanha and Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus 
  • Mini dessert - Brownie 
  • Iced water and iced tea
