The health and safety of our members is paramount! 

We will follow all Texas Department of State Health Services, as well as, venue guidelines and may implement stricter policies in order to keep all attendees safe.  Guidelines will be sent to all attendees prior to the convention regarding policies, protocols, and procedures such as:

• Masks & hand sanitizer availability 
• Appropriate social distancing measures in place
• Food & beverage care and services
