- All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 10 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled 1st day of the program. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled program.
- If the event is cancelled by CICC, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
