Palliative Care ECHO Hub Project Introduction

Home care has learned many things from the global COVID-19 pandemic.  One impact has been engaging differently and learning from the experience of others. As a leader in recognizing the value of sharing expertise, knowledge and experience, the Canadian Home Care Association (CHCA) is launching a brand-new opportunity to engage and learn. The CHCA Palliative Care ECHO Hub is a project launching this September which will directly connect real case challenges in home-based palliative care, to practical solutions. Join this information session to find out how you can become involved.

  • How will the CHCA Palliative Care ECHO Hub address gaps in home and community care?
  • What impact has sharing expert knowledge, experience and practices had on local care?
  • Why participating in the CHCA Palliative Care Hub means better care and better outcomes for your teams, patients and caregivers.
