Maryland Community of Practice for Supporting Families Webinar

Please join the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and the MD Community of Practice for Supporting Families for its Supporting Families Webinar Series on Wednesday, September 15th at Noon for its webinar titled; Transition III 

Mary Anne Kane Breschi, Parent and the DDA’s Director of Family Supports welcomes Kathleen Walker, Director of Employment and Family Supports from the DDA’s Eastern Shore Regional Office and representatives of the Maryland State Agencies Transition Collaborative (SATC-MD) as her guests.

Learn how SATC – MD is working to start evidenced-based and promising practices to support all youth with disabilities and their families to successfully transition from school to community, career, and/or college.

In addition, SATC-MD will share information about a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the state agencies and the influential work it does.
