Statewide Nurses Meeting - Medication Errors

This is an online event.The Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Nurses invite the DDA nurses (RN CM/DNs), for a statewide nurse meeting and training on Medication Errors from 10am - 1pm, September 30, 2021
Individuals with DD/ID have a higher burden of illness which require individuals to take multiple medications. This increases the risk of medication errors. How does your agency track medication errors?
Learning Objectives during this training:

For DDA RN CM DNs: This training counts for attendance to one of the two required trainings for the fiscal year. You must be online during the training for at least 1 hour, in order to qualify for attendance purposes. Please note: Although training time is set for 3 hours this is to allow for interaction during the presentation with case studies, the time of presentation will depend on responses/questions and may not fully last 3 hours.
