Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Required

The health and safety of our members and conference attendees is our priority. Following recent trends in the event planning industry to minimize risk and maximize participant well-being, NYSNS is requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test (no more than three days before the start of the conference) for all attendees.

Proof of vaccination can be presented as a physical vaccination card or a photo of your card with your name and the date(s) of vaccination from a reputable clinic or professional medical office. You're considered fully vaccinated two weeks after you get your second dose of a messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine, such as Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna, or two weeks after a single dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Negative Test

If you choose to show proof of negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test, a physical copy or photo is also required with your name and date of test from a reputable clinic or professional medical office. The date of the test must be no more than three days before the start of the NYSNS Annual Meeting, which would be by November 10, 2021.
