Job Searching With Justice Involved Job Seekers

Webinar Description

Job searching with a criminal background can seem overwhelming and impossible. In this session we will talk about why it is important to develop skills in serving this population, what you need to know and how to develop a plan with your justice involved customer, how to identify and build on success, and when other supports might be needed and where help can be found. Tracia Sullivan will share some strategies that you might find useful not only with returning citizens but with job seekers in general.
