The New Hampshire Transition Community of Practice is pleased to invite you to the 15th annual statewide conference for training, collaboration, networking, and information that focuses exclusively on the transition-to-life-after-high-school of students with disabilities.
This year's event will be ONLINE to safeguard access for the largest possible audience, with technical assistance from MFI Productions.
Pre-registration is required and will remain open until November 12th! The registration fee of $100 includes a noon-time keynote session, three Spotlight sessions and access to bonus content! The keynote session will be 90 minutes, and Spotlight sessions will be 75 minutes in length with 15 minute breaks.
